These can include personal care such as assistance with bathing, dressing, eating and medication; home help covering all aspects of day-to-day housework, shopping, meal preparation and household duties; and companionship services that can involve everything from escorting clients on visits or appointments to simple conversation and good company.
Through regular meetings with all parties concerned, we provide ongoing care programs that adapt to changing needs, giving assurance that the highest standards of care are being provided at all times.
Who we are
Senior Citizens after having lived an active life in their prime years, need personalized care and a life of dignity in their sunset years. When they get affected by age-related disorders, as often happens at advanced age, they need constant medical care, keeping this in mind ARUNODAYA TRUSTSenior Care remains equipped to take holistic care of medically-challenged seniors. Professional excellence for seniors the constant and caring help is the hallmark.
The over-60s is the fastest-growing group in society and there are more of us than ever before. Ageing is not an illness, but it can be challenging. At ARUNODAYA we provide services and support to inspire, enable and support older people.
We stand up and speak for all those who have reached later life, and also protect the long-term interests of future generations.
A world where everyone can love later life
Our vision is ambitious. It won’t be easy to get there, and it won’t be a quick journey, but we believe it’s how things should be for older people and we work every day to achieve this.
Home Care Services
Providing a wide range of services across the community
Many of our at-home clients receive Home Instead Care as a result of a direct approach to us by their families, but we also have strong links with medical practices, social agencies and charities, which utilize our comprehensive services or recommend them to their clients.
Much of our work involves liaison with care homes and independent living centers providing individual residents with a higher level of care when extra help is needed. We can also provide valuable staff assistance during busy times of day or when staffing levels require some external support.
Our principal services involve the day-to-day care of older people in their own homes (and in care homes), we also provide a range of specialist services, which include Alzheimer’s and dementia care, convalescence care – and respite care, for families who need a break from day-to-day caring duties.
Our services are also applicable to those with learning and physical disabilities – and we are able to provide comprehensive, specialized home care for individuals who face these challenges. Again, we are approached directly by the families of those with special needs, plus we also work with medical and social agencies, charities and care groups.

Our CARE Givers
Our CARE Givers – carefully selected for their skills, experience and empathy
One of the most important aspects of our service is the provision of Caregivers who are empathetic, understanding and able to provide a highly professional service. Everyone who applies to become a Home Instead Caregiver is rigorously screened and scrutinized to ensure their suitability for the role.
If applicants show that they have the character, qualities and capabilities to become a Home Instead Caregiver, they must then undergo thorough in-depth pre-employment checks; these include provision of extensive references (which are carefully checked) plus criminal background screening and they receive thorough training before being placed.
Finding just the right Caregiver for individual family needs is vital; so we take time to get to know our clients and their families – then we select the Caregiver who matches those requirements precisely. The at home client will be personally introduced to their selected Caregiver before our service commences.
Thereafter, we conduct regular quality assurance home visits to ensure that Caregivers are providing the service that has been agreed, and to ensure that clients and their families are fully content with every aspect of that service. We also give each at-home client a journal so that they and their Caregiver can keep a daily diary of activities. This provides further assurance to families that their loved ones are being looked after with thoroughness, attention to detail and absolute commitment.
